Because I’m a nerdy engineer, I made a Words Per Day tracking tool in Excel to graphically plot my writing progress on the next book. I’ve been chipping away steadily at it, as shown in the plot below. Right now, there is an estimated completion date of April 2, 2025 for the 1st draft (shooting for about 120k words on this book, so about 400 pages).
